Karlien has been the tutor to my son (aged 12) and daughter (aged 10) for about one year. She has a strong work ethic and made steady progress through the curricula. Nevertheless, Karlien has enough insight to know that each child must work at its own pace in order to really get the best out of him or her. In that regard Karlien displayed the right measure of patience and my children flourished under her guidance. Karlien is very responsible and I never felt anxious about leaving my children in her care. Lastly, but by no means least, Karlien is an enormously kind person and my children just loved her. I am happy to recommend Karlien without any reservations at all, and I am confident that she will acquit herself well in any given task.

Karlien tutored my two daughters, aged 14 and 16 in Maths. She was always kind, friendly and guided the girls with patience and knowledge. She was always very prompt on time, never cancelled any sessions and was very accommodating when sessions had to be moved due to other commitments on our side. Both girls developed an ease and greater confidence in Maths. Karlien's warmth, kindness and sincerity towards others always stood out and anyone that crossed paths with her, can count themselves privileged.
